Sublingual method: Fill dropper to desired level, and dispense oil underneath the tongue. Do not swallow for at least 60 seconds. Take 1-2 hours before bedtime.

oil - calming, can fall asleep (same a using melatonin. Have difficulty staying asleep. I avg 4-5 hrs of sleep.

I purchased a trial size bottle of Slumber (5 ml) & liked how it helped me sleep. I felt I had a better quality sleep than usual. I purchased a full size & try to take it nightly. . I was in excruciating pain in both of my hands and wrists for about a year. I can’t even describe the pain I felt, all the time. It was negatively affecting my sleep as well as my daily life. I had tried injections, medications, acupuncture and several other CBD products. Nothing helped. The next attempt was going to be surgery on both wrists but I was unsure it would resolve things.
