Thursday 11/13/2025 - Kurativ CBD is closely monitoring new federal activity following the inclusion of hemp-related provisions in the recent Agriculture and FDA appropriations bill. As written, the bill contains language that would significantly limit total THC content and other beneficial cannabinoids in hemp-derived products. The new bill is scheduled to take effect in one year.

Kurativ firmly believes that non-intoxicating hemp wellness products relied upon by millions of Americans should remain available to the public. These products include non-intoxicating cannabinoids such as CBD, CBN, CBG, and legislatively approved full-spectrum formulations containing low levels of THC. We believe the current language in the federal funding bill stands in contradiction to the growing support for hemp-derived CBD access.
